Founded in 2025 by Bojana Pavlović, a profoundly deaf entrepreneur and inclusion leader, Bovolution was born from a personal journey of overcoming workplace barriers.
Our founder's experience navigating corporate culture as a person with disabilities revealed systemic gaps in inclusion practices - and the tremendous business potential that could be unlocked by addressing them.
